Purpose
These teams create a multi-tier link between your organization and it's outsourcing provider. Management teams are typically comprised of an operating committee of both the organization's people and the outsourcing provider's people who deal with the day-to-day issues, a management committee that deals with these issues, and an executive board which may be the top executives from both organizations. Management project teams also monitor the health of the relationship, review the strategic plans of the organization, make sure that the strategic plans remain aligned, and resolve any major issues.
